Every fall, the Nixa Chamber opens sponsorship opportunities for the following year. This process helps businesses plan their participation and allows the Chamber to create a more comprehensive budget. This page serves as a one-stop shop for the Nixa Chamber's 2025 sponsorship opportunities. Browse through events, sponsorships, and more!
To claim a sponsorship, simply print the sponsorship contract and email it to info@nixachamber.com. Please make sure to read the agreement thoroughly before sending it to understand your responsibilities as a potential sponsor.

Note to previous sponsors: This year, there will be no "right of refusal." All sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

| Join us for an unforgettable evening of elegance and celebration at the Annual Nixie's Gala! This prestigious event will take place in February at the Ozarks Event Center, bringing together business leaders, community influencers, and esteemed guests for a night of networking, recognition, and entertainment. Dress in your finest attire and prepare for an evening of elegance, inspiration, and community spirit. Whether you are a long-standing member of the Chamber or new to the community, this gala promises to be an event to remember. |
Held in March, NIXPO features over 120 booth spaces and continues to grow. It's a fantastic opportunity to connect with local businesses and Nixa residents. Enjoy activities for kids and adults, cash prizes, punch card contests, food, drinks, entertainment, and plenty of interaction opportunities.
The event takes place at Nixa High School in March 2025, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and is FREE for the public to attend. In 2024 NIXPO welcomed well over 5,000 attendees and we are excited for the growth expected in 2025!

Nixa Sucker Days Music, Arts, and Craft Festival is one of the Chamber's largest community events of the year, over 20,000+ people from all over the Ozarks attend. With over 100 arts and craft vendors, an expanded beer garden, 18 Food and Dessert Trucks, Mechanical Rides, Pony Rides, and so much more, this is truly a unique event. During this event, you can expect to reach a massive number of participants while having the time of your life. |
The New Teacher Luncheon welcomes incoming teachers to the Nixa community. Held at Nixa Junior High in early August, new district teachers are greeted by community leaders with a pep rally, lunch, and presentation. In 2024, we honored 50 new teachers and para-professionals joining the Nixa School District!
Seats to this event are limited so be sure to grab yours early! In 2024 the seats were filled by January!
| The Nixa Chamber Golf Tournament boasts over 100 participants, fun sponsorship opportunities, and more exciting attractions. Join the business community to have a great time networking, playing golf, and having fun! Located tentatively at Island Green Golf Club in Republic Missouri on the first Monday of October. |
The Nixa Chamber Monthly Member Luncheon is held on the second Tuesday of each month and is one of the best networking and professional development events in the area. Build your network, meet community leaders, and develop skills that will take your profession to the next level. In 2024 our luncheons averaged 120 participants!
The Working Women in Nixa Luncheon is held on the third Tuesday of each month and is one of the best women's networking and professional development events in the 417 area. Each luncheon is focused on empowering, inspiring, and connecting women in the community. Sessions feature guest speakers, learning, networking, and leadership opportunities.

Once you have perused all of the sponsorship opportunities you can request your chosen sponsorship through the contract below. Sponsorships are awarded on a first come first served basis according to when it was received by the Chamber. Once your sponsorship contract is received you will be sent an invoice. You will have 30 days from the invoice being sent to pay for the sponsorship. If payment is not received in that time frame the Chamber may offer that sponsorship to another party and null and void your contract.
